Asheville Council OKs 186-unit Long Shoals Project on Lake Julian

ASHEVILLE – A 186-device progress is coming to Lake Julian’s northern shores in Arden, bringing new residences to Extended Shoals Street, 37 of which will be deeded economical at 80% of the spot median revenue.
