Designs have been submitted to change a modest Romford shop and dwelling into an expansive workspace with a 5-bedroom home on top rated.
The proposals intend to drastically lengthen the Mawney Road property, introducing a double-storey aspect extension additionally a component single, component double rear extension.
Now comprised of a store region, three rooms and a bathroom, applicant Avinash Tiwari has questioned Havering Council for permission to reimagine the floor ground and convert it into a room with an business, assembly place, a few “cabins”, two toilets, a pantry, a reception and workstations.
The 1st flooring would also bear important amendments. Below the ideas, its two bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen/dining space would be reworked into 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living/dining space, and a kitchen area.

Avinash Tiwari is pointed out in the application paperwork with the companies Tewari Investments Limited and Scientific Designs, which also contributed to the programs.
