VILNIUS, Lithuania (AP) — Lithuania on Monday defended its determination to bar rail transit from Russia to a Russian Baltic Sea exclave of merchandise strike by European Union sanctions, in a move that drew Moscow’s strong anger amid large tensions in the area.
