Construction is underway on a new Egret, a three-bedroom, two-bath design at Sapphire Cove, an intimate residential community being developed by FL Star off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
“The Egret is one of the designs we have selected for quick delivery,” said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star. “We are moving ahead with permitting and construction on several homes that use our most popular plans to save buyers time. Once a family has made the decision on a new home, they want to move quickly and get settled by fall.”
The Egret is a very functional contemporary design, combining the liveability of a split floor plan with elegant comfort in the details.
“Part of the appeal of the Egret design is the large master suite which shares one wing of the home with a study,” Hains said. “This has become even more popular as many people are now working at least part of the time at home.”
