‘The View’ guest host Alyssa Farah Griffin slams Steve Bannon as liar, says ‘he’s crazy’

“The Perspective” visitor host Alyssa Farah Griffin criticized fellow former Trump aide Steve Bannon on Monday, who agreed to testify just before the Jan. 6 committee Saturday, declaring that she is aware of “he’s nuts.” 

“Prosecutors get to determine how his trial is heading down, and I consider the January 6 committee will get to identify how this is likely down, but I’m incredibly curious as to Alyssa’s viewpoint on this because she in all probability understands Bannon and all the other mad persons she made use of to operate with, so I’m very curious as to what you believe?” co-host Sunny Hostin explained during a dialogue about Bannon’s final decision to testify. Bannon instructed lawmakers he would like to testify after previous President Donald Trump waived his government privilege. 

“I under no circumstances overlapped with him, and I was there for three yrs,” Farah Griffin reported, noting Bannon exited in 2017 the then-strategist was fired by Trump at the time.

“Oh so you you should not know the mad dude,” Hostin stated. 

“I know he’s ridiculous, that significantly I do. But I will say this, it is a charade. He’s facing up to two decades in jail for defying a congressional subpoena. The committee does not require him to testify. He’s any person who lies with impunity,” Farah Griffin said. “The committee has what they will need from him, the only point I’d say is maybe some bank documents and mobile phone information.”

She pivoted to Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White Dwelling aide, who testified before the committee past thirty day period, where by she made headlines with her serious allegations.

Farah Griffin was White Dwelling Director of Strategic Communications less than Trump and resigned from the administration in December 2020. She has since come to be a sharp critic of the former president and has explained he is unfit to return to business, should he make another bid.
