Theory Design creating interior for custom home at Talis Park

Fort Myers – Theory Design has announced the interior for a custom home by Seagate Development Group in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave of the last 17 single-family waterfront homesites in this luxury golf community. The private residence is one of two custom homes breaking ground this month with an interior by Theory Design. The team is also completing interiors for Seagate’s furnished Monterey II, Revana, Sonoma and Olema models, along with many other custom homes, in Isola Bella. R.G. Designs provided the architectural designs for these homes.

This two-story private residence has over 3,800 square feet of living space – four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a two-car garage. A modern, coastal-accented concept starts at the front exterior – lined with garden planting, stepping stones and textural plantings. Vanilla, taupe and charcoal pavers lead to a home with a dark gray roof, a steel gray façade, a soft white trim, black railings and Bahama shutters as well as black windows and a garage door as well as iron and glass entry doors.
